Plants' growth and development regulator Oksigumat is a oxidation product of brown coal by hydrogen peroxide in alka line medium with inclusion of catalyst. Oksigumat is a concentrated syrupy liquid of dark-brown color with light, odor of alkaline. At present Oksigumat is produced as a concentrated, liquid containing !0% of active substance. Oksigumat is intended for usage in agriculture as a bio active chemical which helps t increase germination of seeds of higher plants, potato tubers, taking of seedlings, better striking root of young plants. This plant regulator makes for higher yields of crops and improve merit of quality of plant growing products and. also fungicidally active that is not less than of fungicides used for plant growing. It is determined that during production of Oksigumat oxidative hydrolytic breakdown of humus acids contained in brown coal detaching peripheral sections of their molecules with joining of acidiferous groups at the places of detachment. Application methods of the plant growth regulator Oksigumat.
It is' recommended to use the plant growth regulator Oksigumaf as asolution with concentration 0,01-0,005-0,008% at every-day treatment of seeds by soaking and spraying over vegetated plants of all kinds of agricultural crops. Oks'igumat is easily soluble in water. For making a solution soft water is necessary containing salts of Cu, Mg, Fe, AI in minimum quantities as they precipitate humus acids and decrease its physiological activity.
Oksigumat is highly effective when pro-sowing treatment of seeds is combined with treatment of root and top-dressing of vegetated plants. For root and top-dressing of vegetated plants it is recommended to use the solution of Oksigumat with concentration 0.0l-0.005"/n. Spraying of vegetated plants with Oksigumat may be combined, with mineral ferli-lizers and pesticides (insecticides). Treatment of top- dressing of vege-tated plants with Oksigumat in combination with mineral fertilizers and pesticides has its advantage: it decreases accumulation of toxic substances and nitrates in plants and final product. It is to note that top-dressing is preferable to carry out when most of the urea is covered by leaves, so the solution would get on the plant but not on the surface of the ground.

Preparation of useful solutions.
Plant growth stimulant is supplied as 8-10% aqueous solution. Seeds steeping and spray treatment is executed \'ilh the help of 0.001, 0.005. O.OOS and 0.01% useful solutions. To prepare 0.001% useful solution it is necessary to dissolve 1 ml. of stimulating (initial) solution in 10 Liters of water; 0.005% useful solution - 5 milliliter of initial solution in 10 Liters of water; O.OOH% useful solution-^ ml. in 10 Liters of water; 0.01 % solution - dissolve 10 ml. of initial solution in 10 liters of water. To prepare the solutions it is necessary to use only boiled water of an ambient temperature oral least soft water.
Steeping and spray treatment.

Melons, water melons. The seeds of this plant are steeped in 0.008% solution for IH-20 hours /Jo/ore planting. When [he young melons appear it's necessary to spray them with 0.005%i solution and repeat the procedure after 15-20 days.
Potato.
